Very nice lady but their design team made my image contrasted even though I didn't agree to it and therefore it really messed up with the end result.Very nice lady though.

I feel sorry that you don't satisfied with the sample, but due to the rules we are not able change something you already comfirmed with us at the begining of the process during the making process, when you say you don't want the contrust effect, the printing room already finished printing, that's why printing room did the contrust effect eventully.
